hi, we are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely flat in dalston E8, off kingsland high street. flat is modern and conviently located to local transport(dalston juction tube, dalston/kingsland overground)/ trains/bus/shopping centres and restaurants. 10 min bus to Old street / liverpool st or Angel/Islington. 2-3min walk to overground. room has cable/phone/wireless broadband and TV and flat incl all mod cons like washer/dryer/camera intercom, shower and bath w. heated towel rails, double glazed throughout. Although there's a double bed it is not a big room. you will be sharing with a hard-working but fun-loving couple in there 30's, who works primarily in the music/film/entertainment/fashi on industry. we are looking for someone interesting and don't mind someone with a rich social life as long as you like a clean home.
