This is a student/family house but well kept, clean and tidy. We share the kitchen which has all the necessary appliances. Wireless internet broadband is available. There is no living room but this is compensated by a rather large kitchen.
Price is £95 per week all inclusive of bills, council tax and internet.

One month rent and deposit will be required.
