Hi!

The room available is a medium sized single room right off kingsland road, but its at the back so its remarkably quiet, it has a single bed and basic furnishings. Its on the 2nd floor. (though there might be a chance to swap for the double downstairs!)

The flat is a 3 bed first and second floor maisonette, its a bit tatty but quite cool. You'd be sharing with me - Sarah - and my boyfriend Tobias and our friend Hadrian, we are all in our mid/early 20s and employed full time. We are all pretty chilled out but like to keep the house as homely as possible.

We don't mind sharing with another boy or girl as long as you are easy going but relatively conciencious about bills etc.

Theres the Fox pub so close you can trip on your way out the house and end up with a pint in your hand! And the usual Kingsland road delights . . great kebabs and random 'everything shops'.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from the new East London Overground, and buses to Waterloo via Holborn, London Bridge via Liverpool Street, and Tottenham Court Road via Liverpool Street (and a few I dont know!) go from litterally right outside the door!

The rent is £85 pw, not including bills. (total bills come to approximately £75pcm)

The deposit of £366 required with one written reference on the day of moving in.
