Come to Hackney E8, the up-and-coming trendy London borough, coolest postcode in Britain (so the papers said) and site of the best flat and flatmates in the city! If you've not considered it before, read on, now's the time!

We are 2 very friendly young pros who met a year ago and are looking for one last flatmate to join us as soon as in a wonderful modern flat. You get your own proper double room (so not just a single room with a double bed), luxurious bathroom and spacious kitchen. Big TV and home entertainment set, tumble dryer and dishwasher are all there as well; how many other flats can boast all that? Oh, and there's even a patio garden with gas BBQ.

Better yet, we're in a secure gated community in the peak of maintenance (there's a new management company who have done wonders) in a quiet neighbourhood and also have offroad parking. In five minutes you can be in Liverpool Street, and in 10 minutes you can be in Highbury, because we have TWO (yep, TWO!) train stations within 0-5 minute's walk, and that's before you also consider the 15+ bus routes at the bottom of the street. There's a 24-hour Tesco, as well as Sainsburys and Iceland and the Dalston Kingsland shopping centre, as well as Hackney and Dalston High Streets and Ridley Road market all just 10 minutes' walk away or less. Just a little exploration also reveals some of the city's finest cuisine and most happening nights out.

We've been a harmonious little household and have managed this year to squeeze four of us in, so couples are welcome! We know when to eat, chat and play together and when to give one another some space, and we all muck in when it's tidy-up time!

To top all that off we've got a fantastic landlord as well; reliable, decent and professional, and one of us has been here two years so now knows him very well. We welcome couples at a rate of £165 per week, 1-and-a-half times the single person rate.
