House share with one other male in Abbey Wood/Plumstead borders. Abbey Wood train station is 5mins walk away with trains going inwards to Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East and Canon Street(20-30mins) Trains going outwards to Dartford and Bluewater. Woolwich DLR is a 5mins bus ride with trains going to Bank and Tower Hill via London City Airport and Canning Town. The are several buses that go by and the night bus stops and the end of the road. A bus from the end of the road goes direct to the 02 which can take 20-30mins depending on traffic. It is in a quiet area with several supermarkets within walking distance.

The room is a large double room in an updated secure Victorian mid terrace house with a south facing back garden. The room includes a double bed, new quilted mattress, wardrobe, two bedside lockers and a chest of drawers. Rent is £450 per month. There are no other bills. A month's returnable deposit is required in advance.
